Ingredients and equipment:
1 carton of organic pasteurized chicken eggs
1 coffee grinder
1 small bottle with safe and clean cap

Use your eggs as you normally would, keeping the shell on the carton to make your supplement. When you have your dozen shells, rinse well in water. Remove whites that might be stuck but do not remove the membrane as these have additional nutrients.

Fill a storage pot with about 6 cups of filtered water and bring to a boil. Carefully put your egg shells in the water. (This will destroy any harmful pathogens). Leave to cook for 10 minutes. And now strain the water to keep the egg shells.

Spread the shells on a glass or stainless steel baking sheet and allow to dry overnight. In the morning, put in a 200 degree oven (Fahrenheit) for about 10 minutes to completely dry.

Once finished, put a few peels in a coffee grinder and operate until they are sprayed in granular form. Continue until all shells are powdered. Store in a tightly closed container in the cabinet away from heat or moisture.
