The product comes in a twist cap and its like a hard wax (imagine like deodorant but more solid.) Maybe it was the temperature in my house because I have AC on, but the stick was difficult to rub and apply on my skin. It feels good and did not leave with skin reactions because if you look at the ingredients list it is all nice body oils but, I really did not feel increased sweat or “hotness” in the areas I applied.
